Currently, our services are available exclusively to patients located within the state of Kansas, and we regret that we are unable to provide services to individuals residing in other states. Acute Care Visits-$75

Our comprehensive services also extend to addressing allergies, yeast infections, bacterial vaginitis, and rashes. Rest assured that our provider is dedicated to alleviating your symptoms and ensuring your well-being.

Birth Control Consultation-$60

If you are looking for guidance or information about birth control pills or patches, we offer consultations to address any questions or concerns you may have. Our knowledgeable healthcare professionals are here to provide you with the necessary information and help you make an informed decision. Whether you are considering starting birth control for the first time or want to switch to a different method, our consultations will provide you with the guidance you need. Our goal is to ensure that you have access to safe and effective birth control options that suit your individual needs and lifestyle. Medication refills-$60

Running low on your current medication? Were you unable to get into your provider on time to get a refill? We can offer a consultation and 30 day supply of your current medications. This will give you time to get to your primary care provider. *Please review what we do not treat. Certain medications we are unable to refill. Please contact if you have any questions

Mental Health Consultations-$90

We will consult and treat anxiety, depression, and insomnia. This is a holistic consultation that would include education on natural treatment options as well as medication if needed. This option is only for patients older than 18 years old.

*Initial consultation is a 40 minute appointment and $90 charge

If follow up is required, it is a 20 minute appointment and $60 charge

What we do not treat:

Adults:

  • Emergency situations (broken bones, significant bleeding, heart attack, suicidal thinking)

  • Psychiatric conditions requiring intensive management (bipolar disorder, psychosis, or schizophrenia)

  • ADHD

  • UTI's in men of any age

  • UTI's in women less than 18 years old

  • STD's- prescription refills are available for some conditions

  • PrEP

  • Erectile dysfunction

  • FMLA/requests to complete paperwork

Children:

  • Children under three months of age with a fever

  • Eye issues in children under three years old

  • Ear pain in children under three years old. Depending on patient age and the clinical history, patients may be advised to seek in-person care

Medications that we can not order:

  • DEA-controlled medications (including ADHD stimulant
    medications and anti-anxiety benzodiazepines)

  • Detox medications (e.g., Suboxone, Methadone)

  • Medications intended for intramuscular injections

  • Medications that require regular lab work and
    monitoring when lab work is not present for review

  • Medications that have the potential for abuse
    (e.g., pseudoephedrine, some muscle relaxants)

  • Sleep medications that are controlled substances such as Ambien

  • Medicinal marijuana

  • Antivirals for COVID treatment (Paxlovid or Molnupiravir)

Prescriptions are at the provider’s discretion and only certain types of muscle relaxants are available for treatment of an acute condition for a maximum of 5 days with no refills.

*Our Family Nurse Practitioner can help with many common issues, with the following exceptions. Depending on the severity of your condition, we may suggest calling your in-person provider or visiting an urgent care clinic or emergency room.
